The Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club roof had begun showing signs of age and light surface corrosion, putting the asset at risk of further deterioration.
Rather than undertaking a costly roof replacement, TECTUM completed a full restoration using the Rust-Oleum Noxyde® system.
Following extensive cleaning and preparation, a multi-layer elastomeric waterproofing membrane was applied across the roof surface, creating a seamless protective barrier against corrosion, UV exposure, and weathering.
The completed system has extended the life of the roof while providing a cost-effective long-term protection solution for the Club.
