• We provide roof protection solutions using Rust-Oleum Noxyde®.
   

• All quotes are subject to site inspection.
   

• Services may vary depending on roof condition, substrate, and weather.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   

• Final pricing may change if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden corrosion, structural defects).

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
   

• Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice.
   

• Overdue invoices may incur interest and recovery costs.

• Ensure safe and clear access to the property.
   

• Remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, and valuables from spray zones.
   

• Notify us of any known hazards, asbestos, or structural issues before work starts.

• We provide a 10-year product performance warranty (Rust-Oleum Noxyde®) and a workmanship guarantee, subject to:
   

• Proper maintenance and care.
   

• No unauthorised repairs or alterations.
   

• Exclusion of damage from extreme weather events, structural issues, or third-party interference.
   

• Warranty claims must be made in writing with supporting evidence.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
   

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
   

• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

• Work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety and quality reasons.
   

• We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, supply chain issues, pandemics, strikes).

• All website content (text, images, branding, logos) belongs to Tectum Ltd and may not be copied without permission.
   

• You agree not to misuse our website or engage in unlawful activity.

• These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
   

• Any dispute must first be referred to mediation in Auckland before court action.
