The Standing Seam Metal Roof at Hayes Common had begun showing signs of weathering and surface deterioration from decades of exposure to the elements.
Rather than replacing the roof, TECTUM completed a full restoration using the Rust-Oleum Noxyde® system.
Following thorough cleaning and preparation, a multi-layer elastomeric waterproofing membrane was applied across the roof surface, creating a seamless protective barrier against corrosion, UV exposure, and weathering.
The completed system has extended the life of the roof while preserving the building's distinctive architectural appearance and providing long-term protection for years to come.
