This residential roof contained ageing Super 6 Asbestos.

 

Instead of undertaking full Asbestos removal, TECTUM completed a professionally managed encapsulation, sealing sheet laps and penetrations, stabilising the substrate, and applying a multi-layer elastomeric waterproofing membrane designed to lock fibres in place and prevent further degradation.

 

The result is a fully sealed, stabilised, and compliant roof system designed to provide long-term protection without the disruption and cost of removal.
